Vacuum Pump #3 Motor Contactor Fault

Possible Causes:
1) Machine was placed in Run Mode without Vacuum Pumps turned ON.
2) PLC Output for motor contactor is energized but the auxilliary contact input signal to the PLC is OFF.
3) PLC Output for motor contactor is de-energized but the auxilliary contact input signal to the PLC is ON.

Possible Solution:
1) Turn ON vacuum pumps on main window
2) Check contactor.  Make sure contact(s) are not sticking in the ON or OFF position.
